Care Coordinator

The Care Coordinator is responsible for following areas:

1. Dom-care: Responsible for smooth running of shifts within the Dom-care service
2. Respite: Responsible for ensuring respite staff rostering and meeting service users’ outcomes
3. Live-in: Responsible for live-in care rostering and reviews
