Honeydew Home Care Services
Tailor-made care, support and companionship at home
Our home care services offer compassionate care and support within the comfort of your home. From just an hour or two a day to round-the-clock 'live in' care, our friendly staff will support you in all elements of your daily routine – so you can live comfortably and independently. And, in the case of an emergency, you can rely on Honeydew Healthcare to offer a helping hand at the last minute.
Why home care?
Home care - also known as domiciliary care - continues to be a popular option for those wishing to retain some independence and control over their lives. We will work with you and your loved ones to design a care package that meets your needs, fits in with your daily routines and ensures you live life as fully as possible. Our Carers can provide a vital link to the local community so you don't feel isolated or alone. And we will always consider your personal interests and/or cultural needs when matching you with a Carer.
We offer four types of home care:
- Care at home (domiciliary care) – from just 30 minutes to several hours a day, Carers can provide regular help with personal care, domestic duties, attending appointments, participating in social activities, and getting around your local area.
- Respite care – companionship for those living alone, or ‘short respite care’ allowing informal carers, such as partners or parents, to take a break.
- Live in care – our dedicated staff can provide round-the-clock care within your home.
- Emergency care – we can provide a helping hand at short notice or in the event of an emergency.
Honeydew Healthcare will work closely with other health and social care professionals who support you, to review and update your care plan, ensuring that it continues to meet your needs. We pride ourselves in involving you at every stage of the care planning process.
If you require a little extra support and companionship, but wish to remain in your own home, then we can support you to do so. Call us now on 0116 201 4433 (07960 767 397 out of hours) or send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
